Mistakes are lessons

 



We all make mistakes. We all fail on occasion. We all fall down from time to time. 
What matters is how gracefully we get back up.

Instead of focusing on doing what we can to not fall down, what if we focus on how e can get back up and try again... with grace, confidence, and resilience. 

Mindfulness teaches us about acceptance: to accept ourselves as they are. Once we are in a place of acceptance, we can handle challenges with less fear and with all of our faculties working. Why? because we aren't resisting; we aren't fighting against the situation at hand. So, don't be afraid to fall down. Just focus on confidently and gracefully getting back up.
